PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AirQuality Kitchen Exhaust System with ESP technology are designed to extract harmful particulates and odor from the kitchen fume so that the released kitchen exhaust is environmentally friendly and pollutant-free. We use a two-stage process known as ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), which involves electrically charging the particulate in oil and mist stream and then collecting it onto the charged cell. FKE-K series comply to ASHARE 52.2 standard.

Efficient cleaning
High-performance cleaning nozzles, rain-drenching installation, and a combination of atomized spray washing, self-flow washing easily make the oil lumps falling off.
Intelligent control
The intelligent control system can be programmed 24*7 to realize automatic power-off/cleaning/drying/pow- er-on/ alarm in time-sharing sections.
Advanced upgrade
The cleaning pipeline adopts SUS304 stainless steel pipeline and atomizing nozzle, anti-corrosion and durable. The V-shaped inclined drainage pan optimizes the drainage speed. Quick installation interface is more convenient for on-site pipeline installation.
Humanized design
Modular combination of cleaning equipment, optional washing tank, electrical heating, with an optional separate intelligent washing control box.
