The AirQuality FKE-ACG Automatic Cleaning Kitchen Exhaust Purifier is designed to efficiently extract harmful particulates and odor from kitchen fumes. This system utilizes a two-stage Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) process, involving the electrical charging of oil and mist particles, which are then collected onto charged cells.
The FKE-ACG series features a patented hollow electrostatic precipitator (ESP) cell design that addresses common issues with traditional purification units, such as efficiency decay after cleaning. This advanced design ensures stable, high-efficiency operation even in high-humidity environments.

- Efficient Purification: The system uses a patented hollow ESP cell. The dust collection plates are made of highly conductive aerospace aluminum, while the ionization saw blades are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting and stable discharge performance.
- Efficient Self-Cleaning: The patented "Quick Wash, Quick Dry" function significantly shortens the drying time of the cell after cleaning, reducing downtime from days to just 1-2 hours. A cross-nozzle design replaces the traditional flat side nozzle, ensuring comprehensive, all-corner cleaning with four atomizing nozzles per cell.
