The FKE-UV-K2 series is an integrated oil fume purification system that combines electrostatic precipitation and UV photolysis technologies. It integrates the functions of oil fume purification and odor removal into one compact unit, providing a highly efficient and comprehensive air purification solution.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Dual High-Efficiency Purification: Combines electrostatic filtration and UV photolysis technologies for dual high-efficiency treatment of oil mist (purification efficiency ≥97%) and odors (odor removal efficiency ≥90%).
Dual-Wavelength UV Light: The unique U-shaped lamp tube contains dual-wavelength UV light: the 185nm high-energy UV light breaks down odor molecular bonds for rapid deodorization, while the 253.7nm UV light activates ozone to oxidize and decompose odor molecules, ensuring quick and effective degradation.
Integrated Design: Integrates the electrostatic and UV electronic control systems into one control box, which saves significant space while ensuring more stable and reliable performance and easier maintenance.
Convenient Maintenance: The U-shaped lamp tube features a pull-out design that simplifies maintenance tasks. The electrostatic cell is made of high-quality stainless steel with a smooth surface, which is less prone to oil buildup, making cleaning and maintenance more convenient.
Optional Configuration: An optional activated carbon filter can be added to upgrade the system to a triple purification system (electrostatic + UV + activated carbon), further enhancing the removal of oil fumes and odors.
